This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, phone calls, text messages, email, and meetings, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and ZIP code.
- Details you give us for a quote or enrollment, such as date of birth, household size and income, current coverage, Medicare or policy numbers, and, when it relates to the coverage you ask about, health information such as your doctors, prescriptions, and conditions.

- To detect and prevent fraud and misuse.
AI-assisted and automated tools
We use technology, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to help run our business. These tools may be used to draft and summarize notes, transcribe and review recorded calls, organize and compare quote and plan information, respond to common questions through chat, text, or phone assistants, and create website and marketing content.
When these tools process personal information, the companies that provide them act as our service providers under terms that require them to protect it and to use it only to provide services to us. A licensed agent reviews the coverage options we present to you, and decisions about your coverage are always yours. If you interact with an automated assistant, we will let you know it is automated, and you can ask to speak with a licensed agent at any time.
Call recording
Calls with us may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, compliance, and record-keeping. Medicare-related calls are recorded as required by CMS. We will tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Insurance carriers and their representatives, to quote, apply for, or enroll you in coverage you request.
- Service providers that help us operate, including our customer relationship management system (Freshworks), scheduling (Calendly), email (Kit), call-tracking and phone services, text messaging providers, website hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted tools.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels on our website, to measure and show our ads. These partners may receive information such as the pages you visit and device identifiers.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, regulators, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our agency, or others.
- Business transfers, if our agency or book of business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
