Rock Meadow Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency, NPN #20649362, CA License #4281027. We are not an insurance carrier, and we are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. Product availability varies by state and carrier.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 14 organizations which offer 785 products nationwide. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.Information only, not advice

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will confirm by text, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
