Our Commitment

Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Rock Meadow Insurance Services wants everyone to be able to use rockmeadowinsurance.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

What we do

  • Test our page templates with automated accessibility tools and by navigating with a keyboard alone.
  • Write text alternatives for meaningful images and label our quote form fields.
  • Use page headings, link text, and color contrast that support screen readers and low vision.
  • Review new pages and templates for accessibility before they are published.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Some older articles and their images may have incomplete text alternatives.
  • Some features are provided by third parties, such as our quote forms, cookie consent banner, embedded videos, and maps. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we do not control all of their code.

Need help or another format?

If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in a different format, please contact us. A licensed agent can also walk you through any information on this site, or a quote, by phone.

When you contact us, please tell us the page address and the problem you ran into. We will work with you to provide the information you need and to fix the issue.

Ongoing work

We review this site for accessibility as we add and update pages, and we update this statement when our approach or known limitations change.
