Why Local

What agents get from a San Diego agency

We read your brokerage policy

Many agents never see the brokerage policy they rely on. We go through its limits, deductible and exclusions with you, so anything you buy on top fills a real gap rather than doubling up.

Quick certificates

Brokerages, relocation companies and some commercial clients ask for proof of E&O before a referral or listing. We turn those certificates around quickly.

Local team, start to finish

Renewal reminders and claim questions come from people you have already met.

Common Questions

What San Diego real estate agents ask us.

Does a 1099 agent register for the City business tax?

Agents paid on 1099s are independent contractors, and the Treasurer’s rule covers them, so an agent working in City limits generally registers even when the brokerage already has.

Is E&O required for San Diego real estate agents?

California does not require it, but many San Diego brokerages require their agents to be covered, either through the brokerage policy or their own.

Does E&O cover a buyer who slips at my open house?

No. That is a general liability claim. Some brokerages carry general liability for their agents, and others leave it to the agent.

Can you quote coverage for a new San Diego brokerage?

Yes. New brokerages often need E&O, general liability, office property and workers’ comp for staff.

Do you work with agents across San Diego County?

Yes. We work with agents and brokerages throughout San Diego County.
